Following our recent meeting, this proposal outlines a tailored AI Receptionist solution designed to eliminate missed calls, improve responsiveness, and enhance the overall customer experience for WCC.

In today’s environment, unanswered calls often translate directly into lost revenue, missed bookings, and reduced customer satisfaction. MCG’s AI Receptionist ensures that every inbound call is handled professionally, consistently, and immediately - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Proposed Solution:

MCG will deploy a custom-built AI Receptionist specifically configured for Waikele Country Club. The solution is designed to act as an extension of your team, providing reliable call handling while gathering actionable information for follow-up.

  • Smart Call: $375 a month + ($10 - $20 estimated carrier fees)

For enhanced engagement and follow-up capabilities, WCC may add Mastermind's Smart Text functionality.

Smart Text Capabilities

  • Automated SMS responses to inbound text messages

  • Ability to send links, confirmations, and follow-up messages

  • Seamless continuation of conversations initiated via phone calls

  • Improved customer engagement and response times

Additional Monthly Investment:

  • $250 per month

  • Plus applicable taxes and carrier fees (estimated carrier fees are about $10) 

  • Clients averaging 900 - 1200 calls/texts per month typically incur approximately $10 in carrier fees.

 

 

Smart Call and Smart Text combined:

  • Smart Call: $375

  • Smart Text: $250

  • Estimated carrier fees: ~$25

This phased approach allows WCC to review, refine, and approve messaging and workflows before full deployment.
